Refund Policy

At Avia Lashes, we handle inquiries on a case-by-case basis, ensuring each customer is satisfied. We stand by our inspected products, guaranteeing they meet your expectations. Every request is addressed fairly and reasonably, demonstrating our commitment to treating all customers with respect and care.


RETURNS:
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your items, please contact us at support@avialashes.com We’re always happy to help and will work with you to address your concerns.


PRODUCT EXCHANGES (if applicable):
Our customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Our exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your package. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item, shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange product to reach you, may vary.

DEFECTS:
We strive for perfection, inspecting each product 3-4 times during our quality control process. If you receive a defective item, please email us at support@avialashes.com with your order number and a photo of the product, and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
