SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Avia Lashes, we handle inquiries on a case-by-case basis, ensuring each customer is satisfied. We stand by our inspected products, guaranteeing they meet your expectations. Every request is addressed fairly and reasonably, demonstrating our commitment to treating all customers with respect and care.


RETURNS:
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you encounter any issues with your items, please contact us at support@avialashes.com We’re always happy to help and will work with you to address your concerns.


PRODUCT EXCHANGES (if applicable):
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date you receive your package. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchange if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase.

SHIPPING:
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major USA holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day. Please allow 1-3 days for order processing.


Transit time starts when your package leaves the shipping carrier’s facility and excludes weekends and holidays. Please note that transit times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to server errors, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.

Shipping Methods: Orders will be dispatched via your selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping Cost: shipping costs are computed by our carriers based on factors including your order's total value, weight, package volume, and destination.

Shipping Policy:

-We offer free shipping on all U.S. Orders over $100.

-For international orders, we offer free shipping on orders over $150.

We currently ship to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Ireland, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, and Australia.

International orders: International orders may be subject to local imports duties and taxes (VAT). It is your responsibility to check the shipping destination country's regulations regarding duties and taxes. You are also responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, or other fees that may apply to your order. Avia Lashes is unable to waive or cover these additional charges.

Delivery Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Avia Lashes is not liable for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Reporting lost or stolen packages Customers responsibility: If a package is marked as "Delivered" but is lost or stolen, customers are encouraged to take the following steps.

Contact the shipping carrier: Immediately report the issue to the shipping carrier, request and investigation, and explore available remedies.

Notification to Avia Lashes: Customers may choose to inform Avia Lashes about the lost or stolen package. However, please note that our ability to assist in such cases is limited, as resolution primarily depends on the customer's interaction with the shipping carrier.

Avia Lashes will not be responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by shipping carrier
  • Lost or stolen packages resulting from customers provided inaccurate or incomplete shipping information.
  • Damage to orders by shipping carrier’s
  • PO box issues
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier’s tracking information.
  • Packages left unattended after delivery to a safe and secure location specified by the customer.
